Best Conference Paper Awards

3 Best Conference Paper Awards will be given under each track. There is no separate registration for Best Conference Paper Award. All registered and presented papers will be automatically considered for evaluation under Best Conference Paper Awards.

Best Conference Paper Awards will be declared during valedictory session at the end of the conference. E-certificates will be provided to all the winners.

Outstanding Thesis & Dissertation Awards

Outstanding Thesis & Dissertation Awards recognize masters and doctoral candidates whose theses or dissertations have been recommended by the Thesis & Dissertation Evaluation Committee as outstanding among all those submitted for evaluation to motivate and at the same time show appreciation for their hard work. It is awarded annually to one or several masters and doctoral candidates during conference days. Soft copy of award certificate will be sent to the award winners.

Eligibility and Nomination Procedure

• To be eligible for this award, the nominated candidates should be in advanced stages of their masters or doctoral degree.
• Candidates who have submitted their thesis or have been awarded PhD degrees in last one year are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who wish to apply for Outstanding Thesis & Dissertation Award must send their completed application form strictly in the given word format (do not send PDF) along with list of all publications and Thesis abstract to @gmail.com / @gmail.com not later than 15th July, 2023 for consideration and evaluation.
• After submission of nomination by the candidate, the nomination will be forwarded to Thesis & Dissertation Evaluation Committee for evaluation and recommendation.
• The awards will be presented during conference days.

Criteria to Evaluate Theses/Dissertations

• Research potential.
• Suitability of adopted methodology to the field
• Contribution the research makes to the discipline
• Research deliverables including publications, presentations, awards received etc.

Research Excellence Awards

Research Excellence award is an annual award, presented to the outstanding researchers as a humble appreciation towards their hard work. Soft copy of award certificate will be sent to the award winners.

Eligibility and Nomination Procedure:

• PhD degree holders who have been awarded doctoral degrees before 2020 or with at least 3 years of total experience in academics / industries / research institutes who wish to apply for Adonic Research Excellence Award must send their completed application form strictly in the given word format (do not send PDF) along with list of all publications to @gmail.com , @gmail.com not later than 15th July, 2023 for consideration and evaluation. Soft copy of award certificate will be sent to the award winners.
• After submission of nomination by the candidate, the nomination will be forwarded to Evaluation Committee for evaluation and recommendation.
• The awards will be presented during NIA conference days.

• Indian nominations: ₹4000
• Foreign nominations: $80 (USD)
• If the candidate does not register for the award within the due date, names will be automatically removed from further considerations.
